(HCM) was created in 1994 with a vision of a unique and more efficient Third Party Administrator (TPA) than what is currently available for self-insured groups, pools, large-deductible insureds and associations. With more than 50 years of insurance, risk management and claim management experience, our founders began with the notion of advancing the traditional role of a TPA by creating a flexible, integrated claim strategy.
