HCM will provide you with a customized approach to properly investigate and handle all reported claims. We do not advance the notion that all claims and all customers are alike. We tailor our claim handling to meet and exceed the needs of the individual customer. In this way, we do whatever it takes to identify and mitigate any exposure on your behalf.

HCM will provide you with the following:

  • Appraisal service to evaluate the physical damage to any vehicles involved in the accident.
  • Designated adjusters for your claims that will get to know you and how your company operates. You will have the opportunity to meet this person in your office.
  • Outside on the scene investigations adapted to meet the needs of each individual claim.
  • Quarterly claim review meetings between you and your HCM claim adjusters. We will discuss with you the appropriate steps and strategy to bring claims to a timely and economical conclusion. In this way, you can participate as much or as little as you desire.
  • We will identify all sources of potential subrogation, contribution or other types of recovery at no additional cost.
  • An HCM Client Coordinator will be identified as your main contact and go to person. They will be responsible for the successful day to day servicing of your account.
  • Customized litigation management provided by major case claim specialists.
