We have the following components in the delivery of our service:

Medical Program Manager (A registered nurse) - Our in-house link between the injured employee, employer, and health care provider.

In-House Utilization Review - Our integrated claim system electronically screens all provider bills against the local standard and provides repricing of all medical invoices. HCM, unlike our competitors does not take a percentage of the savings. We charge a flat minimal administrative fee regardless of the savings realized for our clients.

Customized Return to Work Light Duty Programs - Designed to get the injured employee back to work in some capacity.

Recovery / Second Injury Fund - Part of our standard service to save you money.

Fraud Detections - All adjusters are trained to raise red flags when claims have unusual circumstances that give cause for suspicion and further investigation.
